Behavior Management

I use this "Good Behavior Bank" as a means of behavior management. If my students complete a task/activity without any disruptions, I give them "fake money" in reward. The students can then gather enough money from good behavior to trade in for some type of reward. (ex: $5 = activity of their choice) I found this to be a great way to keep my students on task. If students come off task I then take away money from their bank for bad behavior. (they usually do not like getting their money taken away)
